The ECA Mixed Doubles Championships took place at Dumfries Ice Bowl from 7th to the 10th December. There were 5 teams competing, 2 of which were made up of St George’s curling Club members.

Andy and Jacqui Taylor have competed in the competition previously, and they were joined this time by Stuart Brand and Angela Wilcox, competing for the first time.

At the end of the double round robin Stuart and Angela were in second place, with Andy & Jacqui in third. Top of the table were Anna Fowler and Tom Jeggi, but since Anna and Tom had been beaten by Stuart and Angela a final was needed. It was a close game but Anna and Tom came out on top.
